Yes it is. The people working for these organizations have rights under the 
constitution. The Catholic Church as an institution does not.

You are claiming that the rights accorded to the institution take precedence 
over the rights of the individual.

You might just want to examine the ramifications of that train of thought. I'll 
bet it even has nice squeaky rubber wheels to make it easy for you.
