Francis is again invoking the supersekrit "Conservative Windbags only" clause of the First Amendment that reads "And no one shall be allowed to criticize duly anointed conservatives for anything they say, for criticism, boycotts and replies in kind shall be considered 'violating their first amendment rights'" This is a toothless proclamation that the city council would really like it if the radio waves weren't simply saturated with right wing hate screamers. Which pretty much is what radio is...a vast wasteland of the top 5 pop, rap, country hits, jeebus and rightwing hate screamers.
