I'm in the middle of re-writing a massive room and resource scheduling web application, my user base for the app is doubling (adding the Colleges of Medicine, both Tucson and Phoenix, plus the University Health Sciences Center), I just learned the group in Phoenix needs it to go into production yesterday, half the stakeholders here in Tucson haven't even SEEN the new version, so I'm now in the enviable position of getting to launch and application that is simultaneously in Alpha testing, Beta testing and Production modes!
