Trying to identify the place shown in the White Mountains, I came across more, from the Library of Congress Flickr account: <http://www.flickr.com/groups/timothyhosullivan/pool/with/4295375385/#photo_4295375385> Took a moment but 'Sierra Blanca' means 'White Mountains' duh.. I've seen these oak stands (not THIS one, but similar ones) approaching the Mogollon Rim from Globe AZ along US 60, after you go through the Salt River canyon, you climb into a zone full of oaks and pinyon pines, before getting all the way to the top and the ponderosa forest zone in Show Low. It's neat seeing stuff I've actually seen. -- Bruce Johnson University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Information Technology Group Institutions do not have opinions, merely customs -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "StrataList-OT" group.
