For one, I don't know any skeptics that deny climate change. Most people 
studying climate understand that it changes.

For another, the article says:

"At this point we don't know whether these rich phytoplankton blooms have been 
happening in the Arctic for a long time, and we just haven't observed them 
before."

In other words, you jumped to a conclusion to satisfy an ideological position 
without any rigorous scientific analysis. That is so typical of climate 
alarmists!
