It's Point Arena. It's cold and foggy. The fireworks show was one of colors through the fog. It was in the 80's thirteen miles down the road in Anchor Bay.
Pt. Arena is full of hippies, loggers and PIPs (previously important people). They must combine themselves in proportions that induce cool and foggy weather.
