Early Voting is a luxury? FSM on a chopstick, that some powerful crazy. The weird fetish we have for voting during the week, and only during business hours at that is a powerful suppressor of the vote. Voting by mail and early voting, especially on weekends increases turnout. We've had city elections with real money issues involved decided by 10% or so of the registered voters. Not a margin of the vote, mind you...that was the entire winning sides total.
