Supervisors voted in favor of Goldberg, Sullivan and McCrerey.

The St. Joseph, Missouri firm replaces Pryor and Morrow which supervisors
fired last month.

GS&M's website touts its expertise in jail design and *financing.*

"In these difficult economic times, County or City officials are no longer
able to utilize traditional funding methods for their long-needed
infrastructural projects," the website reads in a section about innovative
financing.
