Depends on the union...I don't think that the civil liberties union would be all that happy if we started torturing prisoners until they puke at the thought of violence, sex and/or sax and violins...
Flash mobs with symphony orchestras, on the other hand, I doubt the union would give a crap, so long as it's voluntary...if it's done to be a commercial for a bank or something, I'd suspect they'd want to be paid scale, yah know, for doing 'work' and all...
