So, all the necessary amenities, then! Our Congressional district race is still being counted, as of last night only 81 votes separated them (out of about 250k cast, and, I think several thousand votes still to count), and todays paper printed a letter to the editor from someone announcing that since their vote doesn't matter because 'Electoral College', she has not voted once in her 58 years of eligibility.
