That said, this s the silly season for AZ law, they have a limited time frame to introduce new bills for this session, so they really let their freak flag fly this time of year, and many of these are destined to be merely organ donors for 'Strike Everything' amendments, where they add an amendment striking everything from the introduced bill and insert the stuff they REALLY want to pass, like 'No Brown People Allowed' or the 'Wimmens Bodies Have A Way Of Shutting That Down Act of 2013' kind of nonsense, typically in this fashion: Chair: "The Minority caucus is in conference in the boiler room today, and oops we accidentally locked it from the outside. so we'll take up the bills" "The Chair recognizes the representative from dumbfuckistan."
