I was listening to a gummint hearing with some NSA dude on C-Span & some
politician was griping about your location being metadata when you used
a mobile device. He said he had legislation that would define your
location info as NOT metadata. I didn't get the guys name & I couldn't
find the vid on C-Span.
Is there any precedence of legislating file parts?
Seemed pretty wack.
