i am a bit confused ... by what [not sure I have a word for it]

 I guess by what right does an employer

 [ even if they are providing the insurance as part of a renumeration
package ]

need to know how or what an individual might require the health
and/medical insurance for ... surely that is between you and your fully
trained health professional and those closest to you should you choose to
share

so work for a living increasing a business owners profit and be expect to
lose your right to personal private self determanation ... time to start
building the barricades, manning the pumps and helping those that thru
circumstance find themselves having to work under those kind of conditions
and  metaphorically finding a wall
