I say have well-armed union troops regularly 'seize' the flagpole and run up the American flag; I'm sure you could round up some good ol' boys who play the Blue side in the re-enactments to do so. Be entertaining as HELL watching those creepy-ass crackers try to argue against displaying the American Flag :-) Another tack for the billboard. "They want to honor treason in defense of slavery."
