I cannot see a plainer case for an application opf RICO. This is why we need to be able to imprison corporate executives for their company's crimes. When the penalties for breaking the law simply become part of the cost of doing bidness, they've moved from 'banks' to 'criminal enterprise'. Like the pathetic penalties against HSBC for their money laundering convictions, which amounted to a few paltry percent of the profits form their illegal enterprise. But hey, you or I sell a few pounds of dope, they take everything we have and throw us into prison for ten years. -- Bruce Johnson University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Information Technology Group Institutions do not have opinions, merely customs -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "StrataList-OT" group.
