Safari DL window & the DL file say about the same

I don't recall seeing a size on the website.

Could this just be something getting stripped in the file transfer
& all I have to do is re-associate the file with the apps under
Get Info?
I didn't see anybody crabbin' about this at the Cafe, tho, so I
might have a corrupted DL, too.
