Brian, I spend a lot of time looking at landscape paintings. Your photographs are a very different thing from a painting but it is such a lovely thing to see them. Much more than a journal of places you've been. A painter friend recently reminded me that I told him long ago that his paintings were a kind of visual poetry. That's how I feel about your photos too.
