I know currently there is not way of easily merging HLL+ instances of different sizes but does someone know of a way i could work around it. Even approximately is fine.
The reason for this query is that if we have a datastream that changes over time, we may want to allocate a higher size/precision estimators and merge the old ones into the new ones (and vice versa) without running through the whole stream again.
