It's be nice to be able to sort options-collections and options-enumerations
prior to rendering them. E.g.:

sort="someOtherProp"/>
<s:options-collection collection="${c}" label="name" value="id"
sort="prop1,prop2"/>
<s:options-collection collection="${c}" label="name" value="id"
sort="label"/>
