As I have the need to be able to provide Stripes with an alternative strategy
for resolving localized text, I came up with a LocalizableTextFactory as I did
not see any other way to override ScopedLocalizableError and the functionality
the LocalizationUtility provides.
I do not know if there is a better solution, but and I am pretty this one is
backward compatible.
I have dropped the changes in the attached zip file. The modifications are
based on trunk revision 392
