Fix Version/s: Release 1.5
The problem here is similar to that in STS-158. I.e. Stripes isn't being smart
enough about your URL, and so it's not prepending a context path where it
should be.
For 1.5 I'm planning on re-working this approach to have the tags interact with
the ActionResolver so that they can determine exactly the right URL to write
into the page given the URL they have been supplied with. Since it's quite a
significant change I'm targetting the next major release.
