If a field has a maximum length constraint, it should be possible for Stripes
text/password (and other?) tags to fetch that information and render their own
length property.
There are probably also other tags/attributes that could benefit from this.
Depends on STS-260. Perhaps this could be done using a TagRenderer once STS-47
is implemented.
