NameBasedActionResolver.getHandledEvent should additionally check whether the
method returning Resolution has any parameters.
Currently implementing ValidationErrorHandler we effectively add a new event
handler that cannot be executed however:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: wrong number of arguments
