Error parsing jsp classes on startup

Stripes has a dependancy on classes existing in a specific location (defaulting
to web-inf/classes) to determine the action paths. However, my IDE (JDeveloper)
only allows a single output directory for all compiled classes. If any compiled
JSPs appear in the output directory on startup, Stripes does not load the
action paths correctly.
This is annoying as it means I have to exclude JSPs from my project if I want
to hot deploy or use a build/deployment script.
