Hi all, I have searched the list archives and could not find any reference to the subject above. In JPA, I can annotate attributes as:
@Basic(optional=false) @Column(length=10) private String name; This would allow me to create the database directly from the class annotations with ease. As far as I have seen, linking this with stripes validation would be no big deal. Something in the line of: @ValidateNestedProperties(persistentAnnotations=true) private PersistentObject instance; It would check for JPA annotations in the instance and translate them to the equivalent Stripes @validate annotations.
