AnnotatedClassActionResolver currently throws a StripesServletException when a
URL cannot be mapped to an ActionBean. We should provide a subclass of
StripesServletException (e.g. ActionBeanNotFoundException or
UrlNotBoundException) that can be more easily handled by an ExceptionHandler.
