separate core interceptors from add-ons
---------------------------------------

                 Key: STS-428
                 URL: http://mc4j.org/jira/browse/STS-428
             Project: Stripes
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: ActionBean Dispatching
    Affects Versions: Release 1.5
            Reporter: Ben Gunter
         Assigned To: Ben Gunter
             Fix For: Release 1.5

Currently, all interceptors are enabled or disabled using the
Interceptor.Classes config property. There are interceptors distributed with
Stripes that are enabled by default, but if someone overrides
Interceptor.Classes they must be sure to add these core interceptors to the
list. We need to maintain two separate lists of interceptors, one for core
interceptors and one for add-ons. Tim suggested a new config property
CoreInterceptors.Classes that enables all the core interceptors and may be
overridden in web.xml.
