Here is the annotation and interceptor.
There is an incomplete JUnit test proving the concept.
I will add more tests to make sure interceptor is solid in all condition.
Currently, if no resolution is returned, the LifecycleStage.ResolutionExecution
is skipped and prevent the interceptor from working in this condition. A test
will be added to confirm this problem.
