[ http://mc4j.org/jira/browse/STS-432?page=comments#action_10873 ] Nic Holbrook commented on STS-432: ----------------------------------
I guess it would be alright to cache the roles for a particular class / method. This might save a little time over walking up the class tree to check super classes but I'm not how much of a performance gain it would be or if it would be worth it. This way, you'd get a match and return the roles directly so you could pass them to the security manager. You'd still have to call the security manager every time, though. Just a thought. > NoCacheInterceptor and SecurityInterceptor > ------------------------------------------ > > Key: STS-432 > URL: http://mc4j.org/jira/browse/STS-432 > Project: Stripes > Issue Type: New Feature > Components: ActionBean Dispatching > Affects Versions: Release 1.5 > Reporter: Gregg Bolinger > Assigned To: Tim Fennell > Attachments: commons.tar.gz > > > This is the NoCacheInterceptor and SecureInterceptor implementations.
