Just a quick note to let you all know that the new website is finally
fully functional. You can find it at:
http://www.stripesframework.org
The old website is still up and running but with a big warning on each
page redirecting users to the new site. JIRA has also moved (this was
effective a week or so ago) to:
http://www.stripesframework.org/jira
I'd like to take this opportunity to heartily recommend the wonderful
folks at Contegix (http://www.contegix.com) to everyone. If you're
ever in need of a highly professional and competent hosting/colo
provider to deploy your Java applications (and others) to, they are
awesome. They are the company that has extremely kindly donated the
new hosting setup for stripes (a dedicated box no less, and it's no
slouch). They actually did the install and setup of both JIRA and
Confluence for me, and their support organization has been fantastic
when I've needed more help. (The slowness in getting confluence up
was on my side, not theirs). So three cheers for Contegix! And think
of them when you're looking for hosting next.
