Still could not reproduce this problem. With Jetty, I get the exception above,
and with Tomcat, I get javax.servlet.ServletException: File
"/WEB-INF/jsp/WEB-INF/jsp/layout.jsp" not found.
Any hints on how to reproduce the problem? Maybe it's a specific version of a
specific servlet container? Maybe the name in the <s:layout-render> tag is
particular?
