StreamingResolution generates "Content-Disposition" header incorrectly, causes
download filenames to be incorrect
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: STS-624
                 URL: http://www.stripesframework.org/jira/browse/STS-624
             Project: Stripes
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Aaron White
            Priority: Minor

filenames with spaces or international characters will cause Firefox (and
perhaps IE) to prompt for save with an incorrect, or incomplete filename

Full information here:
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Filenames_with_spaces_are_truncated_upon_download

A work around exists, by manually including quotes around all filenames, as
this causes the header to be generated according to spec.
