Hi Evgeny,
well, you are free to call it workaround ;-)
This has been discussed before and it's probably not gonna happen, see for example this request:

http://www.stripesframework.org/jira/browse/STS-258

I remember seeing few more in the past..

But what difference does it make (form parameter instead of providing _eventName)?.
(For me it's just syntax sugar thingy...)

Hi,
It's just another workaround (isn't it ?). I prefer to have it as valid
s:form attribute.

Hi Evgeny,
you can use _eventName parameter (or is that not an option for you)?

	Hello.

Let me describe my intentions.
Maybe it seems a bit weird but in my practice I often need to submit
"empty" form synchronously.
So i have invisible form without submit button and on user action
(usually
click on link),
i need to submit that form to server with complete reload of page.
But unfortunately s:form tag doesn't not have attribute to assign event
without s:button/s:submit/s:image.

Sure, there're few workarounds, e.g. s:image with 1x1 px backgtound or
s:hidden with exact resolution name.
But i think it's more convenient to add event attribute to s:form,
similar
to s:link.

What do you think ?
Can i create task in JIRA for this ?
