Not necessary if a new website will be created.

I would prefer Hudson for these reasons:

   * It is OpenSource, even like Stripes itself.
   * It supports Maven like a charme. Antand others are supported, too.
   * It is well maintained and is actively developed.
   * There exist a lot of plugins. No problem to add metrics,
     statistics, Git support or the famous "Hudson game" ;-D
   * It has prooved itself in our company next to TeamCity (which also
     is a great CI server).

So my vote goes to Hudson. As Ben wrote, the needed hardware already exists - and to CI in general...
