Could it be that HttpSessionListener is not putting the object to the
same session you are retrieving it from?

Subject: [Stripes-users] Accessing HttpSession stripes

I have been trying all day to get acces to the objects i put into
HttpSession when a session is created through an HttpSessionListener.
The Listener is not an ActionBean.
I followed the Stripes examples and did all the Subclassing but they
always return null.
this is how I try to access them in the Action bean.I'm new to this so i
may be wrong.

@DefaultHandler
public Resolution doType(){
    BeanUsr usr =
getContext().getRequest().getSession().getAttribute("BeanUsr");
}

this call in the ActionBean always return null.
