Yeah, it is kind of weird.

The first form is to filter a list by a few different fields. The second form
displays this list and has a few text widgets in it for quick editing. They
could maybe be combined into one form, but I'd have to look at it. Even if I
had one form could I make stripes:link work in this case (without hacky
javascript)

For now I ended up settling with

<iframe id="excelFrame" style="display:none"></iframe>
<a href="javascript:exportExcel(true);">
        Entire List
</a>
&nbsp;|&nbsp;
<a href="javascript:exportExcel(true);">
        Just this page
</a>

        function exportExcel(entireList)  {
                $('excelFrame').src = $('filterForm').action +
                                '?${Events.COVERAGE_EXPORT_EXCEL}' +
                                '&entireList=' + entireList +
                                '&' + $('filterForm').serialize();

        }

stripes:link?

I dunno, the serialize is the first thing that I thought of.

Actually, it's the second thing.

The first thing I thought of was why are these on separate forms in
the first place?
