I had debugged the code.
SecurityManager class is getting called (isUserinRole method) when I use
<ss:secure> tag but it is not getting called when I use @secure
annotation on the method level.
In JSP the <ss.secure> tags works fine.

For the testing purpose I return false from isUserInRole method.. but still
its directly going to action method and executes the secure method.

I am not getting what is wrong..
