In Stripes 1.5 it's even easier. Just add this:
<filter-mapping>
<filter-name>DynamicMappingFilter</filter-name>
<url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
<dispatcher>REQUEST</dispatcher>
<dispatcher>FORWARD</dispatcher>
<dispatcher>INCLUDE</dispatcher>
</filter-mapping>
to web.xml after the Stripes declarations and it will pick up all your
mappings automatically.
