for the option tag I would think that it should work as state below...
<stripes:option value="foo">bar</stripes:option> == <option
value="foo">bar<option>
<stripes:option value="foo" label="bar" /> == <option
value="foo">bar<option>
<stripes:option value="foo" /> == <option value="foo">foo<option>
what do the rest of you think :)
