Alright, so I moved the form into its own JSP and have included it on the
page.  The form is submitted via ajax but when validation fails, it is
returning the parent page as the sourcePageResolution, vs the JSP fragment
(partial page).  I've tried jsp:include <%@ include and c:import all with
the same results.

Any thoughts?
