You can easily use JSP files as well as HMTL files as GWT/Vaadin basically just
are Javascripts that are executed from the browser.
I haven't had the need for integrating Stripes with GWT/Vaadin, but it should
be straight forward - from the JSP resolution just add the GWT script parts as
you would a normal GWT app that that's started from a HTML page and off you go
