What's the best route to handling doing something like allowing input for a book which can have an arbitrary list of authors attached to it. Right now, I have some (fragile-feeling) code which takes an input field for an author, does some substitutions on it and then has a bunch of HTML ready to be modified and inserted to add the additional input fields as necessary, but I would think that this is a common enough use case that there's a better way to handle it. What are other people doing?
