Hi Paul,
The error message is pretty clear: You should run you app server using "A
full JDK (not just JRE)".
1) Go in Window > Preferences menu
2) Go in Java > Installed JREs and register your JDK
3) Go in Run > Launch configurations menu
4) Find your app server Launch configuration on the left
5) In the "JRE" tab, select the JDK previously registered
