just finished releasing a couple of releases regarding Stripes Spring Boot

As of 1.0.0, my intention was to donate this starter to the Stripes team,
hence the same package namespace; because of this there aren't binaries on
Central. If there isn't interest in bringing this to Stripes's source code,
I could release a 3.0.0, changing the package namespace and deploy it to
Central, but I'd like to ask first here which would be the preferred course
of action (especially from Stripes mantainers O:-)).
