Does anybody know why the ActionMapping is only stored in the
HttpServletRequest if it has an associated ActionForm? It seems to me that
it would be more sensible to always store it in the request.

The reason I ask is that I have a custom tag that uses the ActionMapping but
not all my mappings have, or need, an ActionForm so on some pages it doesn't
work.

If nobody can think of a reason not to I'll submit a patch to fix this.
