Hello,
i am using the html hidden tag as follows <html:hidden name="model"
property="actualAddress.primaryKeyString"/>.
The bean model is available and has the function
public Address getActualAddress();
and Address has the function
public String getPrimaryKeyString();
If the getter method of the bean model returns null (getActualAddress()) then we
receive the following error message.

In my opinion the html:hidden field should render null value, like a call without
dotted path and null value.
What is your opinion ?
Should we catch the exception in RequestUtils ? or in each Tag ?
I can fix it if you will tell me how i should do it.
