Attached is a jar of source only that is ready for inspection / 
inclusion into wherever people want to put it.

- Removed the need for name attribute and the id attribute in the 
iterator (now worked out internally. Makes for some clean JSP. check out 
the example).
- Example corrected to reflect this.
- Repackaged to suit the struts library (all contained in a nested 
sub-package of taglib).
- Javadoc
- All source uses the copyright/license header that's in a current 
struts file.

The only thing that I can think of that I have to leave to someone else, 
is the source control parameters at the top of source files that handle 
the version numbers etc.

For a built version and the updated example (I didn't want to send more 
than was necessary to provide the source)...
