Agreed. IntelliJ is the only IDE I've seen that is able to turn Emacs gurus into believers. For me, it was a revelation... and IntelliJ 3.0 is a revelation again. Although Eclipse is trying hard to match it feature for feature (and significantly exceeds it in some areas), everyone I know who has used both has gone with IntelliJ, even considering the price difference.
