The problem is that some methods need to be removed before 1.0 Final. If the next milestone is RC1, then the methods need to be removed immediately, otherwise it's not a true release candidate. That, in turn, implies that there is no milestone in which they are deprecated. I do, however, want to make sure that RC2 includes the changes to account for the FileUpload methods that are going away.
