http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=21347 Failure to use non-standard HTML properties with Struts custom tags [EMAIL PROTECTED] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|RESOLVED |REOPENED Resolution|INVALID | ------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-07-04 19:54 ------- This bug report does not ask Struts to S*U*P*P*O*R*T non-standard HTML. All this bug report is asking is an ability to specify some additional (application specific) information about tags. To my opinion, the attitude Struts should apply to this problem has to be I do not know what it is I will leave it as it is. What the point to prohibit additional HTML attributes, if I still can declare them at run-time for example in onload() event. However it is more convenient to declare them at the design time, just like in my example: <html:text property="firstName">required="true"</html:text> I will provide the fix myself, just please keep this bug report open, or better assign it to me --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
